1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ck223 ("ck223", "we", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ck223 online casino and sports betting services available at https://ck223.io and all associated subdomains, applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

• You must not be acting on behalf of another person. All accounts must be registered in the player's own true name and used by that person only.

By registering an account, you warrant and represent to ck223 that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. ck223 will not be held liable for any loss suffered by a player who provided false information regarding their age or eligibility at the time of registration.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) ck223 account at any time. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ck223 may close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances held within them without prior notice.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your ck223 account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Security and Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ck223 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or use another player's credentials to access their account. ck223 will treat any activity performed using your login credentials as having been authorised by you. 3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ck223 currently supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ck223 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ck223 accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳100
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum single withdrawal and daily withdrawal limits are displayed in the account cashier section and may vary by payment method and account verification status.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are credited to your ck223 account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within 30 minutes of the transaction, you must contact ck223 support with the transaction reference number for investigation.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours during normal operating hours. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

4.6 Dormant Account Deductions

An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is considered dormant. ck223 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy maintenance fee to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied. You may reactivate your account at any time by logging in and completing account verification.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

ck223 offers a range of bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds issued by ck223 are subject to wagering requirements, which specify how many times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific promotion) must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds and real-money funds are held in separate balance pools and real-money funds are used first in all wagering transactions.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Each player is entitled to claim each ck223 welcome bonus or new-player promotion only once. ck223 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus from a player's account if ck223 has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has opened multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, or has otherwise abused the bonus system. Bonus abuse is a material breach of these Terms.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used or wagered within their stated validity period will automatically expire and be removed from your account balance. ck223 does not reinstate expired bonus funds under any circumstances. The expiry date of each active bonus is visible in your account bonus section.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Rules

All bets placed on ck223 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game type or sports market. These rules are accessible within each game interface or betting market. Where a general rule conflicts with a specific game rule, the specific game rule shall take precedence. ck223 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from a system error.

6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

Cricket betting markets on ck223 cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. Sports betting odds are updated in real time and are subject to change until the point at which a bet is confirmed. In-play betting is available on selected markets. Bets confirmed by the system at the time of placement will stand at the confirmed odds regardless of subsequent price movements.

6.3 Abandoned or Postponed Events

Where a sports event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled after betting markets have opened but before the event is completed, ck223 will apply the standard void and refund rules applicable to that sport as outlined in the specific sports rules section of the Platform. In most cases, bets on voided events are returned to the player's real-money balance as a stake refund.

6.4 Casino and Live Games
